Iisalmi’s 10-hole disc golf course is built around a sand dune in the woods.
The course is located south of Iisalmi, about 6 km away, in a district called Peltosalmi.
Throwing distances range from 52-113m. Course par 31. The total length of the course is about 740m. A parking space can be found in the school yard.
The course is tuned around a sand dune that serves as a nearby sports area in the woods. The terrain is quite challenging, due to height differences and at times quite dense vegetation of twigs and other trees. However, it is suitable for beginners and amateurs.
